We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Analyst to join our Sales Operations Team across European Operations.

The role will ensure that data is not only collated but analysed effectively and actionable insight created. There will be a combination of periodic reporting deliverables resulting in deep dives into certain key performance indicators where stakeholders may have additional questions or need further insights. The information, interpretation, and recommendation you provide will form the basis for many of our sales resolutions and identifying areas of opportunity and focus- you will play a key role in developing Sales Operations into a trusted advisor.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive a data-led organisation by building out a scalable, robust Sales Operation function and bringing the business along on that journey.

Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing and maintaining sales data reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven resolutions for the sales and executive senior teams.
  • Streamlining and optimising the sales reporting.
  • Performing complex data investigations blending operational and financial data to allow senior management to make critical business decisions.
  • Applying developed analysis and data visualisation to tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs across the business.
  • Highlighting areas of opportunity to improve current reporting/investigation process but also those activities which target data quality in our Salesforce CRM.
  • Implementing and owning processes to drive high levels of data quality working towards a more reliable systematic output.
  • Contribute to the development of the Sales Operations structure and environment to deliver high and consistent service levels to the organization enabling revenue growth and realising efficiencies
You will need to be able to display you have the following qualifications and experience, or clear potential to develop these:
  • Ability to pull out key insights from data and analysis and share this with a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in order of importance and manage multiple projects at once with critical deadlines.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, outstanding attention to detail, and comfort in analysing large, complex datasets.
  • 'Expert' in MS Excel combined with, strong reasoning skills and the ability to create influential dashboard reporting.
Preferred Knowledge:
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau
  • Experience working on Salesforce.com.
