We're looking for an energetic, process driven Sales Operations Manager who is passionate about the Wise mission - money without borders. You'll be a part of the Wise Platform team, as the catalyst to increase sales performance across our Global Sales team, helping us surpass our goals and deliver world class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers.

We've launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Google Pay, Aspire, Xero and Mandiri, and today have 70+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.

Job Description

This is a key role in driving performance by collaborating with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of our "Go-To-Market" strategies are aligned with the wider business goals, and are on track to exceed those goals. You will be owning and driving initiatives that create a high performance global Sales team that can execute the core-aspects of their roles more efficiently and effectively. The role is based in our London office, but you will also work closely with the Global Wise Platform teams based in our offices around the world.

Your mission:
  • Define and deliver what the key business analytics and metrics to measure in a global sales team are
  • Develop and execute a framework to how we manage our CRM ensuring information accuracy and high quality data collection, at any time
  • Support sales leads in developing the right goals/targets based on historical data and business goals.
  • Work with sales leads to coordinate pipeline reviews and report on performance of sales metrics according to our business goals.
  • Recommend adjustments to "Go-To-Market" strategies based on this performance / metrics analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify blockers and take the proactive steps to implement solutions for process and productivity improvements.
Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of large enterprise sales methodologies, processes, tools, best practices and how to best implement them for a global team.
  • You're passionate about optimisation - have a proven record of continuously developing a high performing function.
  • You're analytical - data driven on where the team can increase efficiency within the sales cycle. You are familiar with CRMs and analytical tools (Salesforce, Looker) and use this data to tailor your plans and create initiatives that effect change
  • You're into the detail - you get close to the sales process and understand where we can really invest to have the biggest impact
  • You are proactive - you see a problem and start to solve it without waiting for others to be involved
  • You're business-minded - and have worked with global sales teams in the past to grow a business unit holistically
  • You are Mission-driven and customer-focused - looking for synergistic partnerships that will benefit the customer and contribute to the Wise Mission
Some extra skills that would be awesome
  • Be familiar with the cross border payments landscapes and understand how they work today

Salary: 80,000-105,000 plus RSUs
