Job Opportunity: Sales Order Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Ashton-under-Lyne
6-9 Months Maternity cover
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 6 to 9 months maternity cover
Pay Rate:
- £12.00 per hour, paid weekly
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Taking orders via email
- Inputting and processing orders using in-house systems
- Printing job orders and coordinating with the workshop for manufacturing
- Preparing invoices
- Managing Dispatch systems (arranging deliveries, printing delivery labels, etc.)
- Performing general administrative duties
- Collaborating with Sage 50 (previous experience essential)
