Job Opportunity: Sales Order Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Ashton-under-Lyne

6-9 Months Maternity cover
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours:

  • 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • 6 to 9 months maternity cover


Pay Rate:

  • £12.00 per hour, paid weekly


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Taking orders via email
  • Inputting and processing orders using in-house systems
  • Printing job orders and coordinating with the workshop for manufacturing
  • Preparing invoices
  • Managing Dispatch systems (arranging deliveries, printing delivery labels, etc.)
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Collaborating with Sage 50 (previous experience essential)
