As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
· Coordinate with various internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
· Process customer orders accurately, verifying pricing, quantities, and product information.
· Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
· Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Maintain and update sales order records and documentation for easy reference and audit purposes.
