Sales Order Processor - 4 day week!

This position is offered on a one year contract approx covering maternity leave. They are seeking a talented Sales Order processor to join their friendly, highly skilled team, someone who thrives in a rewarding environment, works to a consistently high standard and enjoys the satisfaction of processing highly accurate orders and seeing a perfect end product sent out to their clients.
Main responsibilities include:
- Support of sales order processing including cover of annual leave
- Shared responsibility of the Sales Order inbox and answering basic queries
- Facebook, Twitter and other social media
- Website checks
- Ordering of marketing materials
- Organisation of conferences and visits
- Responsibility of charity queries, shipments and collections
- Telephone answering
- Ad-hoc tasks from management
Key Skills:
- Proven Office administation skills
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 Accounts Sales order module ideal
- Sales Order processing skills
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- To be able to work under own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
Optional/Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Social Media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Experience in conference organisation
- Experience in website management
4 day week Monday - Thursday 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
