Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be working on behalf of a leading Sheffield-based software business to recruit a Temporary Sales Order Processor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic and innovative team for a 6-month contract.

As a Sales Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in the sales operations, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Order Processor:

  • Accurately process sales orders using the company’s software system
  • Assist with the on boarding and setup of new customers
  • Liaise with the sales team to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies
  • Ensure all customer information is up to date and correctly entered into the system
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Support the development of new process’ and growth strategies
  • Handle customer enquiries regarding order status
  • Generate reports and data audits where necessary

Requirements of the Sales Order Processor:

  • Previous experience in a sales order processing or administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
