Job Description of the Sales Professional :

• You will be responsible for promoting the company's products to customers on a face-to-face basis, with a constant flow of prospective customers via sales visits.
• To manage your assigned Accounts to ensure that the Area Sales and Profit Targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Building relationships and rapport with a wide range of people, through being conscious and pro-active in adapting your sales approach to each individual you interact with - ensuring longevity and profitability.
• Obtaining repeat business together with product range extension by demonstrating the products together with the utilisation of effective sales techniques to close and win the order.
• Effectively engage with customers, to understand their requirements, ensure opportunities are identified and targets are achieved, as well as delivering a first class level of customer service.
• Taking a consultative approach in delivering solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
• Pro-actively identify and target new accounts.
• Securing appointments at the appropriate level with prospective customers.
• To manage, maintain and grow a designated customer base.

The Candidate:

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Must come from a packaging background
