Sales Progressor

A rare and exclusive opportunity awaits you to join a highly successful and well-established flagship office in Worthing for an independent property company in West Sussex as a Sales Administrator and Deal Progressor.

This vacancy requires a seasoned property professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Progressor managing a pipeline of up to 60 deals at any one time, or as a Sales Negotiator with experience in processing high volumes of deals. My client is seeking someone highly motivated, detail-oriented, and unafraid to pick up the phone, as well as being confident in handling the finer details of sales when speaking to mortgage lenders or solicitors. Given the nature of this role, a proven track record of being highly organised with clear communication skills is essential. This position will suit someone with a knack for managing expectations, a real passion for property, and the drive to deliver meticulous service

• Location: Worthing
• Salary OTE; £35,000 DOE
• Monday - Friday with no weekend
