My client is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume progressions efficiently and effectively. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the progression of new home sales from reservation through to completion.
  • Liaise with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales progression role within the new homes sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering top-quality service.

Details:

  • Based in Greenwich- Monday-Friday
  • Flexible working arrangement
  • 9am-6pm
  • £36k basic, OTE £40K+
  • 13 Month FTC
