Basic: £25,000 +
OTE £28,000

We are seeking a motivated and target driven person to join our team as an Sales Progressor. This is an opportunity to work for a leading West Midlands Estate Agent offering award winning services to our clients. This role would be ideal for someone looking for a fast-paced and challenging career in property at a growing company, with many great opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and progress the pipeline
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, mortgage providers and solicitors on a regular basis
  • Maintain company CRM system
  • Deal with price negotiations as required
  • Arrange and conduct key release
  • Work towards monthly targets
