The formal title of the role is Sales Representative, and your new role is essential to expand our UK market share and drive revenue growth through new customer interactions and relationship management to bring new and renewable business.

No two days are ever the same! Being international, some out of hours is required, but we more than make up for that with flexible working arrangements.

Your Role

Market domination! We’ve smashed the Australian market where we started, and through word of mouth we have a well established client base globally, including the UK.

As Sales Rep / BDM, you will collaborate closely with the all parts of the company, both in the UK and internationally. We are looking for a hunter with significant experience in SaaS, Fintech, and complex ROI selling.

About you, and your essential skills.

  • SaaS product sales experience. This is an essential requirement.
  • Fintech Experience, another essential, minimum requirement.
  • Strong track record working in a New Business Development role (new sales) in a similar environment, carrying quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Superior sales skills, TAS, Solution Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger are all examples.
  • A mentality that is all about the OTE, and the personal rewards and benefits that come with it.
  • Demonstrable track record in building territory attack plans, we have a huge TAM, ready to go!
  • Ability to work in a team autonomously and be able to self-motivate in a remote working environment reporting into a global CEO.
  • Ability to work with pre-sales team to provide demos to customers.
  • Existing network of clients with long-standing relationships and ability to quickly build up new ones.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally and at times internationally.

Role Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling our SaaS products with extensive knowledge and confidence.
  • Initiating cold and warm calls and converting them into remote or F2F meetings selling B2B across the UK.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to ensure that you are growing our business in line with our GP targets / KPIs.
  • Conduct research to identify gaps in the market and prospective clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the company's software solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Attending F2F and remote meetings with our pre-sales team to promote our companies’ unique product and being involved in demos showcasing our solutions in in line with customer needs.
  • Managing end-to-end sales cycles to ensure that we are closing out opportunities in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the system and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects and leads.
  • Preparing sales contracts and managing post-sales services.
