RJ Talent Connect seeks entry-level field sales reps for our established client in Slough.

• Uncapped Earnings: As this is a sub-contracted role, you can benefit from the commission-only pay structure—average £375-£600 per week, depending on your motivation.

• Immediate Start: Hit the field right after vetting and badging and start making money in the very first week.

The Role Entails:

• The role involves onboarding new customers/supporters on behalf of well known national brands through residential business to consumer campaigns.
• Ensure to practise short effective presentations to close deals, with the help of industry experts to increase your productivity, completing sales forms and data processing tasks.
• Support team members and maintain professionalism.
• Approach customers with enthusiasm, respect and provide the client with great customer service.
• Take on extra responsibilities as you grow.

Ideal Candidate:

·Previous customer-facing experience (any industry) is beneficial but not mandatory.

·Desire to work in sales and enhance professional skills.

·Fluent English speaking skills are essential for customer interactions.

·Positive mindset and willingness to tackle new challenges.

·Excellent communication abilities.

·Eligible to work full time in the UK or hold a full working visa suitable for this type of role.

·ALL successful candidates must be 18+

Willingness to undergo vetting and a DBS check (company covers costs).

No specific qualifications required.

Must live within a commutable distance to Slough and be comfortable with daily travel.
