Sales/Service Advisor

Annual Salary: Up to £28k per annum

Location: Fareham

Working Hours: 9-hour shifts, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday & Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on a rota basis (usually one in nine).

Day to day of the role:

  • Upsell products/services where possible.
  • Process orders and bookings efficiently.
  • Take and process payment details accurately.
  • Convert calls into confirmed orders and secure sales.
  • Handle customer enquiries and queries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solid sales experience with an understanding of the sales process and upselling.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
  • Capable of working in a busy, fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment.
