Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor? Are you self-motivated and resourceful?

We are a job agency partnering with a client in the manufacturing industry to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing quotations to customers by utilising sales and product knowledge in order to prepare quotes
  • Converting quotes into sales orders
  • Qualifying opportunities
  • Updating records in the CRM system
  • Liaising with the wider sales team
  • Interacting with suppliers in order to obtain pricing
  • Review requests for quotation
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Responding promptly to all customer enquiries
  • Contributing to the development of new processes and procedures that will improve efficiency and effectiveness within the quotating process

In order to be considered for this role, the successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

  • Good standard of general education
  • Extensive experience in customer account management, ideally in a B2B environment
