An experienced Sales Support Administrator is required to join our client’s business on the outskirts of Northampton and key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the externally based sales team in a wide variety of tasks.
- Completing customer product forms and descriptions.
- Liaising with different departments to collate and report on product information such as new product launches and promotions.
- Building strong business relationships.
- Manipulating data to provide insights to the sales team.
- Attending regular meetings and training sessions to learn and understand more about the products and sales updates.
- Completing new listings, promotions and pricing forms.
- Buying and sending out samples.
- Creating new barcodes.
You should have excellent administration, organisation and communication skills, be IT literate - ideally with experience of working with data and be able to multi-task.
