Sales Support Assistant - Fabrics and Textiles

A Design and manufacturing company of distinctive, natural, recycled fabrics and textiles is looking for an Office / Sales Support Assistant to join their small but growing team at their head office in West London. The company have achieved great success over recent years and provide textiles to interior designers, furniture manufacturers as well as the hospitality industry.

This role will involve working alongside the Sales Support Manager to deal with enquiries from interior design clients regarding product stock, suitability and availability. Processing fabric and textile orders and uploading order quantities into the system, updating clients on textile order deliveries and providing great customer service, liaising with couriers to place orders and providing all round administrative support. Full training provided.

The office is a lively environment and a team of 10, it can be quite fast paced and busy! This role suits someone who is perhaps a graduate with a degree in fabrics/textiles or similar who is looking to learn more about the industry and build on their administrative skills. Alternatively it could suit someone who is already experienced. Candidates will need to be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook and be happy working in an office environment.

Salary on offer from £24,000 - £26,000 plus bonuses based on company performance. Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
