Sales Support Executive Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Depending on ExperienceHours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Overview:Hardman Grey Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Support Executive on behalf of our client. The successful sales support executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the services provided to customers.

The successful sales support executive candidate will be responsible for:

  • Keeping the customer portal up to date
  • Ensuring supplier forms are completed and up to date
  • Sales and service activities
  • Working on opportunities to the point of closure
  • Keeping up to date with current legislation
  • Providing pricing of products and services
  • Processing orders
  • Preparation and submission of quotations
  • Assisting with order and shipping of spare parts
  • Working on service related projects
  • Monitoring of client sites using the CRM software for servicing activities
  • Other duties as may be required

Key Skills for the sales support executive role Include:
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially including Microsoft Outlook and Office
  • Experience with CRM would be advantageous
  • Ability to work tight deadlines whilst under pressure
  • Time management and ability to self think and prioritise
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and strong desire to learn
