We have an exciting opportunity available at one of our elite clients who are at the forefront  in supplying good Italian food to the UK'S food industry. They are based in their Head Office in Sawbridgeworth. They are looking for a  Sales Support – Order Processor.
 
The candidate will take on the responsibilities of being our customers first point of contact, processing sales orders and monitoring customers deliveries, ensuring the deliveries arrive on time with no issues, general customers service with high attention to detail.
 
This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Sawbridgeworth.
  
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  
  • Processing orders
  • Monitoring deliveries throughout the day
  • Dealing with the warehouse on a daily basis and resolving any delivery issues when they occur
  • Customer service
  • Acknowledges all customers by responding to emails and phone calls
  • Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
  
Skills
  
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Previous use of Microsoft Office
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A team player
  • Perfect for a 1st or 2nd job for office experience as full training will be provided

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
Salary: £22,500 per annum
