CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Support to join our client based in Sales Support.

The successful Sales Support person will be responsible for:

  • Help facilitate the day to day running of the motorcycle sales departments, including all aspects of salvage sales and advertisement. A varied role that comprises many different tasks and responsibilities; requiring a combined skill set and ability to adapt to changing and challenging environments. Within the role you are encouraged to use your unique skills, complimented by an ability to 'think on your feet’ and display 'outside of the box’ thinking. Pro-activeness is key.

  • Help facilitate viewings
  • Display excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communicational skills; written and verbal
  • Contribute to audits
  • Checking advertisements
  • Manage workload effectively
  • Assist audits
  • Support management of sales listings across multiple platforms
  • Support interdepartmental staff levels
  • Resolving client queries
  • General administrative duties
  • Take in & outbound calls
  • Contribute to exceeding revenue targets
  • Support day to day running of department

The Sales Support person will require:

  • IT competent
  • Complaints handling & resolution
  • Stock Rationalization
  • Managing Clients
