JOB TITLE: Sales Support

LOCATION: Oxfordshire

SALARY: £25,000 - £45,000 plus bonus

WAY OF WORKING: Full time | In-Office

THE BUSINESS:

C4S Search are pleased to be working with a luxury travel agency.

THE SALES SUPPORT OPPORTUNITY:

  • As a leading travel specialist, you will manage your customers journey from the initial enquiry, listening to their needs, presenting appropriate options, guiding them through the sales process, and securing the booking while maintaining the relationship for future engagements.
  • Forge strong relationships with partners to ensure we offer the best options for our clients.
  • Proactively contact previous clients to encourage repeat business for upcoming seasons.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with suppliers and relevant events.
  • Develop expert knowledge of our partners portfolio to effectively sell the best options to our clients.
  • Participate in the organization and attendance of trips to deepen your understanding.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

  • Highly organized and adept at multitasking
  • Detail-oriented
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Confident phone manner with the ability to build and nurture relationships
  • Strong IT skills and excellent written communication
  • Sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Able to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
