Trinity Homecare Group is looking for an exceptional Sales Team Lead to take charge of our sales operations, leading a team of 8-10 sales professionals. What will the Role Involve?

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 8-10 sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture where everyone brings their best selves to work.
  • Sales Process Development: Take ownership of creating and implementing sales processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across our sales operations.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for our Trinity Homecare and Country Cousins brands, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Team Development: Oversee continuous development of your sales team to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Set clear KPIs and performance targets, regularly monitor results, and implement improvement plans where necessary to drive outstanding team performance.
  • Operational Management: Ensure that all contact centre operations are streamlined, customer-centric, and designed to optimise sales processes.
  • Commercial Insight: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and link sales activities to broader commercial objectives.
  • CRM & Systems: Utilise Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent CRM software to manage sales workflows, track performance, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the business

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a successful sales team, bringing out the best in your team members.
  • Visibility: Ability to work from Worcester Park HQ 5-days a week
  • Sales Expertise: Strong experience in B2C sales, particularly within high-consideration purchase categories, with a focus on optimising sales processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Hands-on experience managing contact centre operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management, with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to design, implement, and improve sales processes that drive efficiency and results.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent software, and a good understanding of contact centre systems and operations.
  • Commercial Acumen: A commercially astute approach to sales, with a focus on measurement, continuous improvement, and delivering business results.
  • Experience in Care: Experience working in the care sector is an advantage, but not required.
