Sales Team Manager - Call Centre - Manchester - Permanent - £35,000 basic + OTE £60,000

Due to their ongoing success in the UK, we are on the hunt to recruit a Call Centre Sales Team Manager to take the reigns of their high performing B2C sales team in Manchester

About the Call Centre Sales Team Manager role:
* Growing an existing telesales team and improving performance through coaching and day to day management
* Daily motivation of the team to achieve realistic targets through continuous coaching
* Working with all internal stakeholders throughout the business
* Training new starters and established team members
* Interviewing and recruiting advisors to grow the team

What the successful Call Centre Sales Team Manager looks like:
* A good level of previous experience working as a Sales Leader/Manager within a telephony environment
* Previous telephony based leadership experience
* Demonstrable experience of delivering results against targets via your team
* Someone that wants to join a business that doesn't stand still - someone outgoing and confident that is able to provide a real input to help shape the business
