A growing distribution business is looking for a confident and energetic Sales Trainee to join their successful team in Southampton. Role Responsibilities

As a Sales Trainee, you will:

  • Receive tailored training where you will learn about key areas of the business including stores, goods in/out, customer service, office work, purchasing and more with progression to a sales-focused position
  • Work with experienced mentors, learn about the industry and build your product knowledge
  • Contribute to the success of the business
  • Work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment

Rewards

As a Sales Trainee, you will receive:

  • Starting salary between £26,000 - £29,000 which will be reviewed regularly and increased as you progress
  • Your share of the company's profits in the form of an annual uncapped bonus
