Sales Negotiator - £24,000 + OTE £28,500 - Kingswood

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful branch in Kingwood.

Job role:

Coordinating & conducting viewings
Liaising with both applicants and vendors
Negotiating offers
Assisting in bringing properties to market

The Candidate:

Willingness to learn
Excellent Time Management
Good Telephone Manner
Good communication skills

What's on offer?

Basic salary of £24k with a realistic OTE £28.5k+ (uncapped pooled commission).
Own car required with mileage paid. There will also be access to a company pool car.

Working Hours:
08.45 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. every other Saturday with a day off in lieu.
