Role Description

As a Salesforce Administrator in Systep, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting multiple Salesforce orgs across a diverse range of clients. With no two days alike, you'll work hands-on to deliver exceptional solutions while collaborating closely with a small tight-knit team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Solving business problems by delivering quality Salesforce solutions adhering to best practices.
• Maintaining and optimising lightning flows and automation crucial to client operations.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for client correspondence, ensuring effective communication and swift issue resolution.
• Administering and maintaining Salesforce orgs for our managed services clients, covering tasks such as user setup, roles, and permission management.
• Developing and maintaining custom objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards to meet client needs.
• Monitoring Salesforce releases and implementing new features that benefit clients.
• Troubleshooting and resolving client issues, ensuring seamless functionality across orgs.
• Creating and maintaining thorough documentation for Salesforce processes and updates.
• Supporting client onboarding and running Salesforce training for new users.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience working with Salesforce Flow.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple orgs and client needs.
• A solid understanding of Salesforce data management, security, and sharing settings.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications.
• A collaborative self starter and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Additional certifications and Apex knowledge or exposure is a bonus.
