Salesforce Developer – Job Opportunity
 
Location: CH1 – Hybrid / Remote
Salary: £40,000 - £65,000
 
Our high growth professional services client is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their team.
Reporting to the CTO you will be the go-to person for Salesforce Development across the business scoping requirements and deliver solutions which enhance user journeys.
 
Salesforce Developer skills
 
  • 2 years’ + experience in a Salesforce development role
  • Apex
  • Salesforce Development and Administration experience
  • Managing projects
  • Agile working approach
  • Excellent communication style with the ability to engage with all stakeholders in the business
  • Commercially focused
 
Salesforce Developer role –
 
  • Develop Salesforce solutions in line with business goals and objectives, enabling improved ways of working across the business
  • Form and lead a cross-functional team of Salesforce super users from each department, shaping the Salesforce strategy and ensuring best practice across each department
  • Manage daily support and configuration of the Salesforce platform
  • Ensure all Salesforce changes are thoroughly tested, providing appropriate training and documentation.
  • Project manage companywide Salesforce projects, engaging with users, clients and developers to create optimum solutions, collaborate throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
  • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customised applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, client, development and operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
