The CRM Salesforce Field Service Administrator is instrumental in optimising, configuring, and maintaining the Salesforce platform with a focus on Field Service Management (FSM) and Service Cloud. This role ensures the effective implementation of Salesforce solutions to support service operations, field service scheduling, and customer engagement. The Administrator acts as a bridge between technical teams and business users, driving seamless integration of Salesforce tools with business processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the CRM Platform Lead, this position is a critical part of Digital Customer: Salesforce CRM Team, tasked with enabling the efficient use of Salesforce to meet customer service and field operation objectives.

What You`ll Be Doing

• Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with field operations and customer service teams to align Salesforce features with service delivery needs.
• Champion the adoption of Salesforce FSM tools to enhance field technician productivity and customer satisfaction.

What We`re Looking for in You

• Expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL): Understanding of key features such as service resources, skills, territories, and scheduling.
• Service Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with case management, service-level agreements, and knowledge base management.
• Mobile App Management: Experience in configuring and optimising the Field Service Mobile app for technicians.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Strong ability to create metrics and KPIs related to service and field operations.
• Problem-Solving & Support: Proactive in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues affecting field service or customer support operations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including field technicians, service agents, dispatchers, and IT teams.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce FSM and Service Cloud releases and best practices.
