Salesforce Project Lead

Salesforce Project Lead required by a boutique Salesforce Partner that is going from strength to strength.

This Consultancy are winning some superb projects, and this represents a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Project Lead who has strong experience of leading Salesforce projects from inception to go-live.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this client-facing role, you will oversee the delivery of Salesforce Projects. You will get the chance to test your hands-on skills across projects ranging in size and complexity, and you will be responsible for:

• Leading project delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
• Managing project plans and budgets
• Providing clear customer updates and managing stakeholder expectations
• Understanding business value beyond just implementing systems – identifying the problem, the benefits, and the long-term impact
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and further engagements with clients
• Playing a hands-on role depending on what phase the project is at, whether its gathering requirements, running workshops, project management or even some hands-on configuration or testing

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Salesforce Project Leader with a strong background in project delivery and leadership. You will be a confident communicator who can ‘talk the talk’ when it comes to Salesforce Solutions, without needing to be deeply hands-on technical. Key attributes include:

• Proven experience leading successful Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of the full end-to-end project delivery lifecycle
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, build strong relationships and manage expectations
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies (you will need to be flexible in your approach)
• Commercial acumen – ability to spot growth opportunities and deliver high client satisfaction

You will ideally bring experience of working in Professional Services/Consultancy environment, may have worked as a Consultant and moved into project leadership. You will bring a strong BA/PM-style skillset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ideally you will be hands-on with Salesforce implementations.  Alternatively, you could be working in a Project or Delivery Leadership role in an End-User environment, managing large-scale projects delivered by third-party consultancies
