Opportunity to join our global retail client in their Sales Enablement & Transformation team, on a journey to drive efficiencies and scale sales through technology. You'll be responsible for the regional sales processes, data and technology architecture, influencing global technology teams to optimise delivery roadmaps.

This is an initial 6 month contract, inside IR35, with the expectation of 3x per week in the Central London HQ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with regional sales teams and align them with global tech implementations.
  • Project Management: Oversee Salesforce projects, manage timelines and ensure on-time, budget-compliant delivery.
  • Business Analysis: Analyse sales processes, identify improvements and recommend Salesforce solutions.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate regional testing.
  • User Support: Provide comprehensive support and training throughout deployment.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in Salesforce environments is essential.
  • Strong Salesforce platform knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven multi-project management in dynamic settings.
  • Analytical and problem solving prowess.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and SDLC methodologies.
