Being part of the snr management team you will take a lead in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions to their clients. Your expertise in presales, strategy, and delivery management will be pivotal in driving success

Role & Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
    • Needs Assessment: Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements during the pre-sales phase.
    • Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create tailored Salesforce solutions for potential clients.
    • Proposal Development: Assist in creating compelling proposals, including scoping, pricing, and solution design.
    • Client Presentations: Participate in pre-sales presentations, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Stay current with Salesforce best practices, trends, and updates.
  • Project & Delivery Oversight: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business growth.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Delivery, Engagement and or Presales role in a Salesforce consulting business
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and related products- ideally Salesforce Certified
  • Excellent communication style
