Role: Salesforce Team Lead
Salary: £70'000
Location: Cardiff HQ - 2 days p/cm

You'll be joining an innovative scale up in the financial services domain. They're moving away from consultancies, building an in-house Salesforce team which you will be leading in daily activity, and helping the business establish a clear strategy for Salesforce cloud implementations.

Experience required:

Experience working on Salesforce implementations.
Experience as a senior technical administrator, some team/technical leadership, experience with mentoring others
Good exposure to at least one specialist cloud - meaning utilising the cloud-specific features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud etc)
Solid experience working on larger, complex projects with pre-dominantly declarative development and low-code solution designs
Leading by example in terms of best practices and solution design
