Role Profile:


We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate technologists to join our growing team as we strive to deliver excellence to our customers. You're a self-starter who will be an integral part of an empowered agile team working on our ongoing transformational programs centred around the Salesforce platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership around the Salesforce application, both supporting ongoing changes and ensuring standards and patterns by which projects should progress functionality are used.
  • Identify synergies and create consistency between CRM Technology usage across LSEG business units.
  • Define roadmap for newly acquired organisations to create consistency across LSEG group.
  • Maintain and develop the relevant areas of the LSEG CRM Technology Centre for Enablement (C4E) which sets out how people, processes and technology operate across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Lead all aspects of the management of changes for designated Salesforce orgs supporting developers, administrators and 3rd party vendors.
  • Serve as the Authority for all aspects of Salesforce.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment to industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

What You'll Need:
  • 8+ years experience with the Salesforce platform preferably in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Good understanding and hands on experience of Salesforce core capabilities (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) and other Salesforce products (Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, CPQ.)
  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture and relevant Salesforce integration considerations.
  • Superb communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and team-building skills to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce implementations, demonstrating adaptability and innovation, in-depth understanding of Salesforce data structure to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools, Boomi preferred, and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems.
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns.
  • Good understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies. Copado preferred.
  • Understanding of CLM (Docusign preferred).
  • Possess end-to-end knowledge of Lead to Cash processes.
  • Salesforce.com certified, preferably Application and System Architect.
  • Experience with LWC, Flows, Apex, CSS, HTML and Web Services.
