About the role:

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your expertise will ensure that our Salesforce implementations are robust, scalable, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key responsibility's:

Client Requirement Analysis:

  • Engage with clients to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to understand client needs and project scope.
  • Document and analyse client requirements to create detailed technical specifications.

Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Design robust, scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  • Develop architectural blueprints and design documents.
  • Ensure alignment of the Salesforce solution with overall enterprise architecture.

Salesforce Development and Customization:

  • Build and customise Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
  • Implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Implementation and Deployment:

  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects from inception to deployment.
  • Manage configurations, code migrations, and deployments across different environments.
  • Perform comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet specifications.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed Salesforce solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
  • Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations for performance and usability.

Required skills:

  • Salesforce technical experience covering on or more of the main clouds, Sales, Service etc.
  • Practical experience using Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience of project work with Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with working on medium to large complex end user or client projects.
  • Platform Developer (PD1) with a desire to grow their Sales force technical capability by achieving Salesforce Certifications and Trail head Super badges.
  • Experience of agile project delivery and working as part of a team of highly skilled Salesforce developers
  • Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and/or user stories and translate these into a solution that can be effectively implemented
