Salesforce Voice Lead

Location- 3 day's per week in London, Start date- ASAP

Contract Type- Permanent. Hours- Full Time, Salary - £80,000-£85,000

This role will be a vital role in the transformation of voice and omni-channel communication systems. This role will support the global head on system services across 35 locations globally

The Successful applicant will be offered a highly competitive salary, in addition to various benefits.

Key responsibilities

Work closely with the wider IT and salesforce teams to deliver an integrated solution
Maintain Voice compliance across global locations
Oversee 2 staff members (an Engineer and analyst)
Work closely with various contact centres within the business

Requirements

Experience with Voice communication systems
Strong project management experience
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Experience with Voice Compliance policy's.
General understanding of Telecommunications, Telephony, Voice
Ability to be hands on
