Job Title: Salesperson / Delivery Driver (B2B - Indian Snacks) - Earn £300 for Every 5 Returning Customers!

Hours: Minimum 45 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with ad hoc Saturday/Sunday work available
Pay: Competitive day rates + Commission (£300 for every 5 returning customers) + Fuel Card + Paid Training (OTE £50k-£70k+)

As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable, personable, and proactive Salesperson / Delivery Driver to join our team and help us expand our customer base while delivering with care and professionalism.

What the Role Involves:

• Delivering orders to existing B2B customers using a LWB Mercedes Sprinter or Transit van

• Completing multi-drop deliveries across London and single-drop deliveries to major UK cities

• Representing our brand professionally and building strong relationships with clients

• Visiting new potential customers on your route and introducing our product range

• Earn commission: £300 for every 5 new customers who place a repeat order

• Upselling and taking on-the-spot orders where possible

• Working from pre-planned routes with full support from our team

• Reporting leads and opportunities back to the office

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid UK manual driving licence

• Experience with LWB vans (Mercedes Sprinter or Transit)

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience (ideally in London)

• Strong people skills - approachable, confident, and friendly

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Experience in FMCG, food delivery, or B2B sales is a plus

• Speaking a South Asian language (e.g., Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi) is highly desirable

• Comfortable with early starts and occasional weekend work
