Sales Executive
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Redhill 
  • Salary: £28-30,000 per annum + uncapped commission

We are seeking a Sales Executive who is passionate about sustainability and customer service. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a loyal customer base by providing waste solutions that not only meet but exceed business needs. Your mission will be to empower businesses to achieve their sustainability and carbon reduction goals. This role requires a proactive approach to generating new business, managing accounts, and driving our success in a competitive market.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Generate new business through cold-calling and scheduling face-to-face client visits within your target area.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, offering tailored solutions and upselling additional services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding swiftly to sales inquiries via telephone, email, or in person.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and courtesy check-ins.
  • Deliver monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager, highlighting achievements and progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Transport and Account teams, to resolve any issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track opportunities and manage customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full current UK driving licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database, and online CRM systems.
  • Experience in customer engagement, lead follow-up, and conducting face-to-face meetings.
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills with a confident and positive attitude.
  • Well-presented and capable of confident negotiation.
  • Eager to learn new systems and possess a strong desire for professional growth.
  • Numerate and articulate, with a high level of proficiency in written communication.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
