Team – IT Optimisation
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
To support the SAM function with License administration, governance, data entry and reporting and customer query support.
Key Actions
- Managing and processing requests for new software using mailboxes or service desk tools.
- Replying to queries within agreed SLAs.
- Setting up, maintaining, and closing user accounts on various licensing portals (e.g. Office 365, MSDN, Adobe).
- Maintaining accurate records within the Vitality IT Asset Management tool.
- Creating monthly cross-charge reports based on requests to be processed by Finance team.
- Assisting the SAM team in understanding licence availability and usage, as reported by the ITAM tool.
- Creating and maintaining trend reporting to reflect progress against agreed metrics.
- Minimum 1 year working with financial data.
- Minimum 1 year with the creation and distribution of report.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Professional including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (advanced skills).
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent spoken and written Business English skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise information for the relevant recipients.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
