Sample Coordinator - FTC

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a chemical company to recruit a Sample Co-ordinator to join their team in Goole.

This Sample Co-ordinator is for 12-15 months fixed term contract 

Salary: £25,300

Duties of the Sample Coordinator will include:

• Pack and despatch samples to customers
• Follow standard procedures including hazardous samples and correct transport
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of samples
• Ensuring the maximum number of samples are despatched on time and maintaining correct stock details in SAP. 
• Assist with communications to sales and marketing, KPI measurements and periodic stock checks.

We would like to speak with Sample Coordinators with the following skills/experience:

• Educated to GCSE level
• effective communicator, capable of building effective working relationships
• problem solver with a high attention to detail
• proactive and capable of organising your workload
• computer literate
• Knowledge of the SAP samples module or courier requirements would be an advantage
