This is a great opportunity for an experienced SAP Assessor to join a growing independent sustainability consultancy based in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will join a team of highly technical individuals and work on numerous projects across the construction industry.

Responsibilities for an SAP assessor include:

  • Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds
  • Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met
  • Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reports

The ideal SAP assessor will have:

  • An OCDEA accreditation with a minimum of 1 years' experience as an SAP assessor
  • Good understanding and knowledge of UK building regulations and legislations
  • Good general educational background with ideally a degree within a sustainability or energy discipline
  • Excellent communication and presentation Skills, with previous experience in a client facing role
