About the SAP Assessor Role:

As a SAP Assessor, you will play a key role in providing accurate and reliable assessments and reports, sustainability & energy statements and embodied carbon & life cycle analysis (LCA). You will be responsible for producing EPCs, be coordinating BREEAM assessments, checking evidence of compliance and managing client enquiries. There will also be an expectation to manage and mentor junior members of the team.

Requirements for this SAP Assessor role include:

• Have or working towards a professional qualification through a relevant professional body (IEMA, CIBSE, LCC etc.)
• Experience in SAP assessment and energy performance evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and energy efficiency standards.
• Experience with energy modelling software (IES-VE, Elmhurst Design SAP)
• Familiarity with OneClick LCA
