Key Responsibilities

• System utilization, installation, and training
• Confidently communicate with clients via phone to understand their needs
• Assist clients with BEAS or Boyum installations, troubleshooting, and training
• Work on systems that require setup, certification, and implementation

What You Need to Succeed

• Certified in SAP B1 with experience in Boyum and BEAS
• Hands-on implementation experience and a strong technical background
• Confident, client-focused, and able to communicate effectively
• Available to work 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM ET
