Our Londonoffice is currently recruiting for SAP Service/Order To Cash (SD) Functional Consultant. The Team

This role is part of the SAP Centre Team, within Global IT. Act as the functional consultant within this team to establish best practice SAP solutions to meet the business requirements. The team works closely with the NRF Global Process Owners (who facilitate the business requirements and priority), the technical delivery team which includes 3rd party IT vendors and the regional business teams.

Key Responsibilities

The SAP S2C Functional Consultant will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • SAP functional solution design, delivery and related documentation in the S2C area and SAP PA area.
  • Understand the business requirements and recommend the most effective solution in line with the system design and best practice.
  • Be the expert, go-to person on SAP knowledge in the S2C & PA area.
  • Work with the other SAP functional teams, internal delivery team and the 3rd party vendor/s on the solution delivery.

Work closely with key stakeholders on the delivery of a solution which includes:

  • Assess upstream/downstream impact of the change requests
  • SAP configuration, writing functional specifications, testing, leading business workshops and capturing business requirements
  • Review & sign off deliverables (e.g. design documents, test results)
  • Ensuring high standard, future proof solution follows best practice
  • Participate / review to-be business processes definition
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results
  • Perform functional end to end testing, review test results and coordinate regression testing with the business teams
  • Providing support at go-live and BAU issue resolution

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3+ years knowledge of SAP S2C & PA processes and practices within a global organisation (professional services preferred).
  • Experience in Resource Related Billing functionality end to end, including workflows
  • Familiar with forms, integration and reporting related to above modules
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, third-party off-shore SI vendor and technical teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement within the S2C & PA domain.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP S2C & PA processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities, ensuring flexibility in managing evolving change requests / project scopes.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and guiding teams through change.

SAP skills:

  • SAP ECC 6.0 SD, FI-AR and PS module
  • Pricing-Procedures, Condition types, condition tables and Condition records
  • SAP Fiori
  • Familiar with SAP tables behind above modules
