Working with a fantastic organisation who provide technical industrial services. They have multiple sites across the UK and this role will be based at their site near the Tyne Tunnel.
Looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator on a FTC for 3 - 6 months.
The project has a workstream dedicated to People System, Support and Development. This is a foundational roles that ensure the system is configured to meet the user requirements from an employee, line manager, operational and people function perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Preferable Success Factors knowledge not just SAP – Be a super user
- Impact assessment on upgrades
- System maintenance
- Continuous improvement across all workstreams
- Legal compliance – GDPR and Right to Work – Ideal candidate will have a broad understanding in this field and be able to simplify things
- SAP System Architect
- Somebody with an HR / Finance background ideally
- Oversee and manage tickets
- Manage live issues from log, leading with process optimisation
- Project lead on process mapping, and populating the backlog with continuous improvement ideas
Capabilities Required
- SAP Super User
- Experience of finance systems or HR desirable
- Excellent confident communicator
- System thinking and experience in an enterprise environment
- Understanding of user group profiles and data security
- Recent experience of SAP Success Factors system admin and configuration
- End to end people lifecycle experience with experience of process mapping current state, future state and gap analysis
- Experience of working in a project environment, delivering on milestones, working within scope and project boundaries
- Documentation mindset, bringing certainty to processes, issues and resolutions
- Ability to provide training in an end user focused manner

Hybrid working with up to 3 days per week onsite
