Role: SuccessFactors Talent Consultant

Day Rate: £600 - £650 (via umbrella)

Location: UK / Predominantly remote

Contract Length: 18 months

About the role:

  • Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation
  • Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.
  • Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops
  • Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap
  • Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi-location delivery model
  • Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules
  • Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
