SAP Support Consultant / Functional

SAP Support Consultant with experience in providing support for SAP modules, excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required for a leading SAP Supply Chain Specialist Consultancy Practice.

SALARY: Up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits Package

LOCATION: Remote Working (Candidates MUST be UK based)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a SAP Support Consultant with experience in providing support for SAP modules, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working as the SAP Support Consultant your role will be critical in helping provide resolutions for SAP tickets raised by customers.

As the SAP Support Consultant you will be on a constant learning journey as customer systems provide SAP variety across different industries, process and technology.

If the successful candidate is interested in having involvement in project-based SAP opportunities, this role can provide these opportunities as they come available.

TOP LEVEL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To own SAP support related activities across SAP modules within own area of SAP module expertise

• Support of other technologies including the range of company products and mobile technology

• Liaise with 3rd parties on issue resolution as required

• Continually monitor and complete team tasks and activities to ensure prompt delivery of the highest standard

• Keep up to date with the latest SAP technology, particularly within own area of SAP module expertise

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the SAP Support Consultant you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

• SAP FICO
• SAP S&A and GRC
• SAP EWM & WM
• SAP QM
• SAP PP
• SAP IBP
• S/4 Hana, Service Delivery Management & team leading experience are both advantageous

• An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships with their colleagues and customers
