  • Salary: £125 per night on-call, £175 additional if required to attend

We are seeking Registered Nurses and Midwives for the role of SARC Practitioner, offering a competitive rate for on-call night shifts. This position is ideal for professionals looking for an on-call role with a low likelihood of call-outs, ensuring a balance between work and personal time.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Remain on-call during assigned night shifts to provide immediate response if needed.
  • Attend the practice when called out to deliver professional and compassionate care.
  • Maintain readiness to respond to calls with all necessary medical knowledge and skills.
  • Document all care and procedures conducted during the call-out.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse or Midwife with valid registration.
  • SARC Certificate desired - training and certification will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to respond effectively to patient needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
