SC Cleared Lead Developer

IR35: Inside

Location: Remote

Day Rate: £550


Looking for a skilled lead developer in Bristol for an exciting contract role. This position requires experience in web development, back-end integration's, and team management.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a six-person development team
- Deliver exceptional web-based products
- Manage projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with other IT departments
- Communicate progress updates regularly

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Active SC Clearance
- JavaScript / React
- Java / Spring / PostgreSQL
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Thrives under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record managing multiple simultaneous priorities
