SC Cleared Machine Learning Engineer - 6 Months - London

The Life Sciences team is engaged in a data mining project from scientific papers, particularly focused on LLM. The team has successfully developed a proof of concept showcasing the extraction of valuable insights. Currently, they are in a transitional phase, guiding the client on potential next steps, including the possibility of a full-scale build of the MVP solution.

An SC Clearance is needed for this position, so if you hold this, please let me know.

Role Profile:

  • Understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle, including deploying models using frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with core probability, statistics concepts, and common supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Software Engineering experience, particularly in Python.
  • Technical expertise in cloud architecture, security, deployment, and open-source tools, with hands-on experience on at least one major cloud platform.
  • Open AI or Sharepoint experience is a must.
  • Demonstrable experience with containers, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excitement about a dynamic role with autonomy, taking ownership of problems from conception to execution.
  • Knowledge of or interest in retail-focused solutions, especially those related to understanding consumer behaviors.
