Do you have experience of scheduling / facilities management or co-ordinating?

Our Client, a Facilities Management company is looking to recruit a Scheduler.

You will be articulate, highly professional, energetic, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work in a pressurised environment, and prioritise as you may be working with a number of requests at the same time.

Principle DutiesandResponsibilities
  • Planandscheduletherelevantengineerdependentonskill setand proximitytothetask
  • Plan and schedule allself-delivered reactive tasks, emergency and non-emergency,to the relevant engineer dependent on skill set and proximity to the task
  • EnsureallreactivetasksareplannedintomeetSLAs,dependentontheclient'scontractualrequirements
  • Maintain relationships with the engineers and lead engineers toensure tasks are carried outin line with schedules and any change requirements are fulfilled
  • Revisescheduleswhenengineerstakeplannedandunplannedleave
  • Rescheduleworkthatcannotbecompletedonthefirstvisit
  • Support theEngineering team objectives forengineerutilization, effectiveness and productivity and job completionon first visit (i.e., First Time Fix)
  • Provideworkschedulesandperformancereportstothefieldandofficemanagementteamasrequired

Experience of scheduling a workforce, preferably in a fast anddynamic engineering environment

Good understanding of skills/crafts andassociated tasksaswellastimetakento carry out tasks Experience in a Facilities Management environment is desired
