I am recruiting for this new exciting opportunity with an independent security specialist who work with large commercial clients as well as residential properties.

The offices are buzzy with a great energy and everyone is part of a real team in this medium sized organisation.

We are looking for someone who has scheduled or coordinated for any type of engineers and is used to building a relationship with clients and engineers.

No two days will be the same but your main duties will be

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone and emails enquiries from customers and engineers

- Efficiently schedule Engineers to respond to Corrective and Preventative Maintenance calls

- Efficiently schedule accepted quoted works and revisits.

- Liaise with/schedule works for UK wide subcontractors.

- Obtain permits and supply Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) where necessary.

- Record costings agreed with customers clearly in service management system.

- Analyse systems fault reports and book call-outs accordingly.

- Communicate with engineers to ensure schedules are being followed and address any issues or delays.

Skills:

Scheduling or coordinating of Engineers or something similar is ideal for this role

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Attention to detail and strong administration skills.

Driving is essential due to rural location.

Salary: up to £26,000 - £28000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
